What constitutes a group order?

A group is an order of 10 or more tickets for a single performance.

What are the benefits of placing a group order?

• All groups receive a discount. And the bigger the group, the bigger the discount!
• Groups enjoy advance access to the best seat locations before the general public.
• There are no deposits for orders less than 300 tickets.
• Final payment is due just 8 weeks prior to your performance date.

Are additional discounts available for large groups?

Yes. Additional discounts are available for orders of over 500 tickets. Please call us at 866-633-0195 to inquire.

Is the theatre available for a full performance buyout?

Yes. PHANTOM can accommodate groups as large as 1,815 for a full performance buyout. Ask us about being able to add an exclusive performance in our theatre.

Is a deposit required?

Deposits are required to book your event for 250 or more. Events require a 25% deposit at time of booking and final payment is required 8 weeks prior to your event.

When is final payment due?

Final payment is required just 8 weeks prior to your performance date.

Are there special discounts for student groups?

A special $59.20 student group rate is available.

Are there special discounts for senior groups?

A special $59.20 senior group rate is available.

Are there discounts on merchandise?

Merchandise discounts are available for groups of 100 or more. Please call to inquire.

How will I receive my tickets?

Tickets can be picked up at the Phantom Box Office at any time from the date the order is paid to the performance date. We can also assist with other arrangements if needed, please just ask in your phone or email inquiry.
